Our Daily Bread Ministries is partnering with the Council of Christian Education in Indonesia (MPK) to do this ‘Be a Light’ project. MPK is the organization which all Christian education foundations or organizations in Indonesia are affiliated to.
As an initial step of this partnership, ODB Indonesia have distributed the samples of ‘Be a Light Project’ packages to every MPK regional representative during their national work meeting which was held on November 19th, 2022. They will be the ones responsible to distribute the packages to the families in need.
The next step, on November 30th, 2022, ODB Indonesia and MPK signed an MOU. It was agreed in the MOU that MPK will provide the needed data of the students’ families who are in need of this ‘Be a Light Project’ packages in those areas without electricity, such as in remote villages of NTT, Mentawai, North Kalimantan, and so on.
This partnership will enable this ‘Be a Light Project’ to perform effectively and thus, benefit each recipient.
