One of the books in the ‘Be a Light’ Project package is the comic book ‘Queen Esther’. In this comic, the story ofQueen Esther in the Old Testament is re-narrated along with visually-enhanced images. Praise God, this comic has been successfully translated into different languages and distributed to various countries.
Julia Malucelli, the author of Queen Esther’ comic, has warmly accepted the offer to be involved in this project. She longs for many families and children in the world to be inspired by the story of Queen Esther, which she hopes will encourage them to see themselves in the way God wants them: called for a purpose.
It is such a special opportunity for ODB Indonesia to be able to have the author of the ‘Queen Esther’ comic involved in this project. Her response is nothing short of amazing, and she even plans to visit Indonesia this year to see for herself the implementation of this project and the distribution of the Esther comic book as an integral part of ‘Be a Light’ Project packages to Indonesian children in remote areas.
